1. Migration Certificate ( Standard-10 & 12 Pass)

Migration certificate fees will be charged Rs. 150.

Note:
A) Uploading Passing Certificate is mandatory for the student who takes the exam as a Private Candidate of Standard-12. B) For Standard-10 Fail, Standard-11 Pass & Standard-12 Fail Student have to get Migration Certificate from the District DEO(District Education Officer's Office). Note:
Students who pass the semester (science) and repeater (multiple attempts) will be able to get different years marks sheet by clicking on plus button then enter marksheet seat number and year.

3.Equivalence Certificate

Equivalence Certificate fees will be charged Rs. 300.

Note:

After Standard-10, There should be done 3 year diploma course in Polytechnic.
After Standard-10, Have studied ITI (From N.C.V.T and G.C.V.T) for 2 years or more and If you pass the exam of Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Standard-12 English Subject OR Gujarat Open School Examination English subject then Equivalence certificate of Standard 12 is given.

If done ITI 2 year course (From N.C.V.T and G.C.V.T) after passing Standard-8 / Standard-9 then Equivalence certificate of Standard 10 is given.
If done ITI 2 year course after passing Standard-8 / Standard-9 then It is necessary to pass the Gujarati and English Subject Examination of the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board of Standard-10.

માર્કશીટની ઝેરોક્ષ
L.C ની ઝેરોક્ષ
ID Proof ઝેરોક્ષ( લાયસન્સ , આઘારકાર્ડ, ચુંટણીકાર્ડ, પાસપોર્ટ)

નોંધ:
A) ધો. ૧૨ માં ખાનગી ઉમેદવાર તરીકે પરીક્ષા આપનાર વિદ્યાર્થીએ Passing Certificate ફરજિયાત Upload કરવું. B) ધોરણ ૧૦ નાપાસ, ધોરણ ૧૧ પાસ તથા ધોરણ ૧૨ નાપાસ વિદ્યાર્થીને માઇગ્રેશન સર્ટિફિકેટ જે તે જીલ્લાની DEO(જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરી) માંથી મેળવવાનું રહેશે. પરિપત્ર : તારીખ.૧૮/૦૭/૨૦૧૮ જોવા માટે અહી ક્લિક કરો

૨. ડુપ્લીકેટ માર્કશીટ / પ્રમાણપત્ર (ધોરણ ૧૦/ ધોરણ ૧૨)

માર્કશીટની ઝેરોક્ષ / પાસીંગ સર્ટીની ઝેરોક્ષ / શાળાનો આચાર્યનો letter head/ Hall Ticket (જેમાં Seat Number તથા પરીક્ષા નું વર્ષ સ્પષ્ટ દર્શાવેલ હોય - કોઈ પણ એક ફરજીયાત Upload કરવું)
ID Proof ની ઝેરોક્ષ
ધોરણ-૧૦/૧૨ ડુપ્લીકેટ / સર્ટીફીકેટ માત્ર પાસ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જ મળવાપાત્ર છે.

નોંધ:
સેમેસ્ટર (સાયન્સ) અને રીપીટર (એક થી વધુ પ્રયત્ને) પરીક્ષા પાસ કરનાર વિદ્યાર્થીને જુદા-જુદા વર્ષની માર્કશીટ લેવા + બટન પર ક્લીક કરી પાસ કર્યાનું વર્ષ તથા સીટ નંબર નાખવાથી માર્કશીટ મેળવી શકશે.

૩. સમકક્ષતા પ્રમાણપત્ર

સમકક્ષતા પ્રમાણપત્ર ફી રૂ. 300 રહેશે.
સમકક્ષતા પ્રમાણપત્ર શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક મશબ/૧૨૧૧/૫૯૦/છ, તારીખ. ૨/૬/૨૦૧૧ મુજબ આપવામાં આવે છે. જોવા માટે અહી ક્લિક કરો
ધોરણ ૧૦ પછી ડિપ્લોમા કરેલ હોય ત્યારે ધોરણ ૧૨ સમકક્ષતા પ્રમાણપત્ર માટે જરૂરી આઘાર –પુરાવા.

નોંધ:

ધોરણ ૧૦ પછી પોલીટેકનિકમાં ૩ વર્ષનો ડિપ્લોમા કોર્સ કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ.
ધોરણ ૧૦ પછી બે વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ સમયનો ITI (N.C.V.T અને G.C.V.T માંથી) નો કોર્ષ કરેલ હોય અને ગુજરાત માધ્યમીક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમીક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડની ધોરણ ૧૨ અંગ્રેજી વિષય અથવા ગુજરાત ઓપન સ્કુલ એક્ઝામિનેશન અંગ્રેજી વિષયની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરે તો ધોરણ ૧૨ ને સમકક્ષ પ્રમાણપત્ર આપવામાં આવે છે.
ધોરણ ૧૦ પછી ITI કરેલ હોય તેના માટે જરૂરી આઘાર પુરાવા

ITI ના બધાજ વર્ષના સેમેસ્ટરના માર્કશીટ/પ્રમાણપત્ર ની ઝેરોક્ષ
ધોરણ ૧૨ અંગ્રેજી વિષય પાસની માર્કશીટની ઝેરોક્ષ

ધોરણ ૮ / ધોરણ ૯ પાસ પછી ITI બે વર્ષનો કોર્ષ કરેલ હોય (N.C.V.T અને G.C.V.T માંથી) તો ધોરણ ૧૦ ને સમકક્ષ પ્રમાણપત્ર આપવામાં આવે છે.
ધોરણ ૮ / ધોરણ ૯ પાસ પછી ITI નો બે વર્ષનો કોર્ષ કરેલ હોયતો ધોરણ ૧૦ ની ગુજરાત માધ્યમીક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમીક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડની ગુજરાતી તથા અંગ્રેજી વિષય પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવી જરૂરી છે.

ધોરણ ૮ / ધોરણ ૯ પાસની માર્કશીટની ઝેરોક્ષ
L.C ની ઝેરોક્ષ
ITI ના બધાજ વર્ષના સેમેસ્ટરના માર્કશીટ/પ્રમાણપત્ર ની ઝેરોક્ષ
ધોરણ ૧૦ માં ગુજરાતી અને અંગ્રેજી વિષય પાસની માર્કશીટ ની ઝેરોક્ષ

કોઈપણ દસ્તાવેજ મેળવવા માટે ચૂકવેલ ફી પરત મળવા પાત્ર નથી.

૪. પોસ્ટલ ચાર્જ સાથે ની કુલ ફી સ્ટેટ બેંક કલેકટ પોર્ટલ પર (Online) ચૂકવવી જરૂરી છે.
